Grand Ledge Jewelers was started in 1994 by Stephen, Robert and Ronald Utrup as a gemstone import company. Initially importing only the finest emeralds from Colombia, South America, they soon found that they had an eye for many other stones too. They quickly became known in the wholesale jewelry industry for their fine quality, unmatched selection and exceptional value. It wasn't long before that reputation found its way to the jewelry-buying public so in October of 2000 they opened their first retail store in Grand Ledge, Michigan with a hope of bringing their knowledge and love of fine gemstones, diamonds and jewelry to a wider audience. That store in Grand Ledge, Michigan is still going strong and has been joined by a sister store in Lansing, Michigan called Capital Square Jewelry Repair. The Utrup family is proud that their work is also their passion and they are looking forward to serving you soon.
